An Inclusive & Friendly Dance School

At Neutral Bay School of Dance, we pride ourselves on making our studio an inclusive and friendly place where dancers can get an unsurpassed dance education — and much, much more. We strive to bring out the best in each student to instil the mentality that they can do anything — because they can!

Our programs are run for preschool to high school children.  In our younger classes, we emphasise fun, and work to shape every child into a confident lil' dancer and person.  We have no doubts that our dance classes will be the highlight of your child's week.

For our older classes, we work to maintain the same level of confidence building while evolving each dancers' skills to help them reach their full potential. But just because they're in high school doesn't mean that they can't have fun too!

All classes offered at Neutral Bay School of Dance take place within our well-equipped halls, and adults are encouraged to watch their dancers trial lesson and open viewing weeks.

Meet the Team

Director

Jennifer Craddock

With a successful dance career and decades of teaching experience, Jennifer understands the dance world inside and out. She has performed with some of the industry's best, including as a backing dancer for Kylie Minogue, Marcia Hines, Macy Gray, and Cyndi Lauper.

Jennifer's love for dance now extends to her students. As a trained Pilates instructor, she enjoys sharing her industry knowledge and passion for healthy movement. To Jen, dance is more than a beautiful art form; it is a way of life! It helps establish lifelong friendships, promotes good health, teaches important life skills, and most importantly, provides fun in a safe and nurturing environment.

Her CV is extensive, having performed at the MTV Music Awards, So You Think You Can Dance, ARIA Awards, and Australian Fashion Week, as well as holding the position of Princess Cruises Line Captain. Beyond performance, Jen has choreographed for many corporate events, including Bendon, Lynx, Peugeot, Goldwell, DanceExpo, and Clinique, to name a few. Her teaching credentials include the Sydney Dance Company, McDonald College, and ED5 International, along with guest classes in major cities across New Zealand and Australia.

Jen began teaching at the Neutral Bay School of Dance in 2002, took over as Director in 2010, and hasn't looked back since. She absolutely loves teaching and directing the school. Her warm and positive nature, combined with her skill and experience, creates a fun and encouraging environment where students can be healthily challenged and grow as performers.
