Amber Kaldor - Acrobatics

Amber is the newest member to the NBD team. A picture of health and fitness, Amber is an elite acrobatic gymnast who represented Australia in the 2014 Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships all the way in Paris!
Beginning her acrobatic training in 2003, Amber has accomplished so much in the last 16 years: Six National Gold medals, named NSW Athlete of the Year in 2005, 2008, 2010 and 2014 (we have an over achiever on our hands here!), as well as Australian Athlete of the Year in 2011! Her skills and competitive spirit have seen her travel overseas, including several trips to China where she trained at the Shanghai Institute of Sport.
Currently performing as a professional acrobat and aerialist alongside her teaching role, Amber has also completed her Diploma in Psychology, having previously completed an Exercise and Sports Science Degree (Honours) in 2012.
Amber is an avid believer of ‘practice makes perfect’, encouraging her acro students to keep trying when attempting new skills. She is both patient and professional, gaining her students’ trust while being a reliable acrobatics coach that they can depend on when learning challenging moves.
