Bringing energy to the studio, Katie is a vivacious, energetic and a very talented dancer. Her industry experience allows her to teach edgy choreography that the students love. With a fun-loving personality, she shares her pizazz with the students in her weekly jazz classes!

 

Holding an Advanced Diploma in Musical Theatre, Katie has had an illustrious and colourful career! Beginning with a role in Raw Suga, Raw Metal’s all-female commercial jazz group, Katie went on to travel to the world, performing with Carnival Cruise lines. Sharing the stage with headliners such as Jessie J, Ricky Martin, Delta Goodrem and Timomatic, Katie has featured on shows such as X Factor, The Voice and Australia’s Got Talent, working with Australia’s best choreographers such as Matt Lee, The Squared Division, Kate Wormald and Leah Howard (just to name a few!)

 

A former member of Girls on Tap, Sydney’s all-female tap company, Katie is still performing professionally. Alongside performing and teaching, Katie is also studying a Bachelor of Arts with a Bachelor of Education (Secondary) majoring in mathematics. Talk about an over achiever! We are very proud to have her on the NBD team!
